Known Issues Under the Windows XP Operating System

  • Transcoding of AC3 files might not work, corruption may be visible in transcoded file
  • Selection for “Add 720p50 in the Display Manager (PAL)” might be missing under HDTV Support in Catalyst Control Center – Monitor Properties for some ASICs
  • HDTV optimized & custom modes for DFP/HDMI displays might fail to apply when displays are in clone mode for some ASICs
  • PowerDVD may fail to respond during SD/Blu-ray DVD playback when using a HDMI receiver and the audio is set to S/PDIF speaker configuration
